Black Friday is going to look a little different this year for some stores. Because of COVID-19, stores are either staying closed or adding in more requirements for in person shopping. Many have been encouraged to also do curb-side pick-up or just shop from home online. For this reason, online shopping will be a must this year more than it ever has in the past.

There has been some backlash the past few years regarding whether employees should be required to work such long hours for holiday season shopping. Because of these complaints from many people, stores like Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, and Best Buy will be closed for Thanksgiving but will re-open for Black Friday. Your best bet for snagging the best Christmas gifts for your loved ones will be online this year. All stores will be open online for Black Friday and most have great deals already to choose from.

Black Friday is right around the corner and everyone loves a good sale. A favorite place to shop by most Baker High School students is Scheels. They all love this store because they have a variety of different options that are also stylish at the same time. As the weather temperatures drop, most students are looking for the perfect winter sweater. They love stores like Old Navy and American Eagle for deals on this item. American Eagle jeans are also a fan favorite at BHS. If you’re a sportswear lover like most students, you know how awesome places like Nike, Under Armour and Adidas are.

Whatever the deal you are looking for this shopping season, the news is that sales have already begun. There will be great bargains to catch online far earlier than ever before. So make sure to be on the lookout right away and good luck in finding more affordable gifts for Christmas this year!
