Throughout the month of December, the agricultural mechanics class had been making their annual Christmas project out of horseshoes.
Students had an option of making a metal snowman or an iron Christmas tree out of horseshoes.
To weld their projects together, the students learned how to use the gas metal arc (MIG) welder to join their works of art together. Then, the students spray painted the trees green and the snowmen white with extra accessories to bring more festive cheer to their projects.
The students enjoyed gaining new skills and bringing home a new holiday decoration for their families to relish for years to come!
