Terri Lynette Elizabeth Fringer, 60, passed away on Dec. 13, 2020 from COVID-19 in the Casper, Wyoming Memorial Hospital. She was born in Baker, MT on Aug. 17, 1960, the daughter of Jim and Alice Anderson.

Terri graduated from Baker High School, Baker, MT in 1978 and attended Eastern Montana College and Northern Colorado University. She achieved her dream of being an interior decorator and was actively involved in her own business, in Casper. While growing up and several years after college, she worked with her parents at the Fallon County Times in Baker.

Her son Vincent Jay Tuggle was born in 1984. She and her son moved to South Dakota in 1987 where she managed the Tri-State Livestock News for her parents. When that newspaper was sold she went to work at the Jon Crane Art Gallery, in Hill City, SD, as manager. She moved to Casper in 2009 where she was outside salesperson for Alsco. In 2013 she went full-time into interior decorating and started her own business, Terri’s Interior Solutions.

She met and then married Robert James Fringer on May 19, 2012 in Casper where they have a beautiful home and at Christmas she would have the entire house decorated inside and outside. The amazing décor showed her talent as a designer and artist. Robert and Terri loved the outdoors 4-wheeling in the Shirley Mountains outside of Casper and the Black Hills. They also loved motorcycling and came to the Sturgis Rally for many years. They loved to hunt and filled the freezer each year with elk.

Robert has two adult children Heather (boyfriend Wes), JR (James Robert who loved her very much. Terri has two grandchildren Dawson Kleppe (Vince) and Tyler Fringer (Heather)

Terri is survived by her husband, Robert, Casper; her parents Jim and Alice Anderson Rapid City, SD; brother Ward Anderson (wife Alice) Torrington, WY, and their three children Katherine, William, Virginia; two step children JR Fringer and Heather Fringer; two grandchildren Tyler Fringer (Heather) and Dawson Kleppe (Vince). Several uncles, aunts and cousins and a plethora of friends.

She was cremated in Casper. There will be no funeral or services but two celebrations of her life are bing planned. The first will be at her and Robert’s home with friends and family, the other will be in the summer in the Black Hills.
