how to testify in an Order of Protection Hearing? If you are the person asking for the Order, it is helpful to remember to talk about who, how, when, where, and what you felt. Say who abused you. Describe how you were abused. Explain when it happened, try to be as specific as possible. Say where it happened. Tell the Judge how the abuse made you feel and why you feel an Order of Protection is necessary in your case.
