K-3 field trip to Fallon County Museum

Students at the museum’s schoolhouse.

The K-3rd grade classes went on a field trip to the O’Fallon Historical Museum. There the group saw Steer Montana, a two-headed calf, a tank’s telescope, and many more exhibits. They also saw the schoolhouse and were able to sit in the old style desks. As a special surprise, the Museum of the Rockies had set up a Planetarium to end the tour. After the fun adventures at the museum, the classes settled down for a picnic and recess at the Baker Park.
