Fallon County Fair Board hosts Escape Room Event

By Shannon Johnson

This year the Fallon County Fair  board will be offering a new interactive event in the Fallon County Exhibit Hall on  March 2 & 3.

Escape rooms are an immersive and interactive event where you essentially pay to be locked in a room. “An escape room is a live adventure that challenges you to complete your mission and escape before time runs out.  Have you ever seen Ocean’s Eleven, Mission: Impossible, Indiana Jones, or James Bond films? So it’s kind of like if you were James Bond and you have a mission to solve,” explained Shyla Hadley, the manager of the Fallon County Fairgrounds.

It will be taking place from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 2 and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. March 3. The tickets are ready and available, but spots are limited, so if you’re up for an adventure be certain to act fast. Tickets are $15 for an individual or $100 for a group up to ten people.
