September 2, parents had the opportunity to attend an open house and view a glimpse of what the upcoming year would offer their children.

First, they enjoyed root beer or coke floats. Next, teachers and advisors of extracurricular activities provided some information on opportunities available to the students.
Mrs. Walker introduced the teachers to the parents and explained about the new Chromebook program the school is implementing.
Finally, parents visited classrooms with their children and spoke with teachers to find out more about their child’s schedules.
This event was a great way for parents to learn about their student’s activities and communicate with Plevna’s educators.
