A veteran of the Air Force, LaCroix relocated to Baker from Spokane, WA, but Kalispell earns the title of hometown
. When asked if he’d ever been to Baker before, LaCroix said he had, with his cousins from Billings. According to LaCroix, law enforcement has always been something he wanted to go into since he finished high school and headed off to college. Fortunately, LaCroix and his wife LeighAnn were able to find housing in the challenging Baker housing market.
The LaCroixs have one child and are looking forward to the arrival of their second in September. Presently, LaCroix is in the orientation phase of his training with the department and will be riding double with the other officers. “I’m just getting to know the town and its layout. Right now I want to get all the training I can,” said LaCroix. When asked what his impression of Baker was, LaCroix said, “I think it is a great area with very friendly people.”
On behalf of the friendly folks of Fallon County, welcome Officer LaCroix!
