Justice Court

•Frank James Filipi, Dickinson, N.D., speeding on non-interstate, exceed day limit of 70 MPH, 77/70, bond forfeited $20, ticket issued 11/16/16.

•Monte Eugene Tredway, Miles City,  speeding on non-interstate, exceed night limit of 65 MPH, 75/65, bond forfeited $20, ticket issued 11/10/16.

•Michael Smith, Hillpoint, Wis., violation of commission or department orders or rules, bond forfeited $135, ticket issued 11/11/16.

•Jonathan J. Weimer, Baker, speeding on non-interstate, exceed night limit of 65 MPH, 98/65, $200 fine (to be paid through 25 hours of community service, workers compensation fee of $12.50, no violations of any local, state, of federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, complete community service as agreed/ordered in lien of fines, complete by 3/1/17, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension/deferral period, defendant and/or Attorney to motion court for withdrawal of guilty plea and dismissal of charge(s) upon completion of deferred imposition of sentence/judgement requirements and deadline (section 46-18-204 MCA), ticket issued 11/11/16.

•Denise Gaye Stonebrink, Baker, speed, exceed restricted speed limit established local authority, 90/70, bond forfeited $85, ticket issued 11/2/16.

•Anthony James Cazier, Billings, seatbelt violation. bond forfeited $20, ticket issued 11/10/16.

City Court

•Jake Andrew Thares, Great Falls, urinating in public, bond forfeited $100, ticket issued 11/7/16.

•Bruce Lloyd Tiedemann, Gillette, Wyo, partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member, 1st offense, dismissed by prosecution per plea bargain agreement, ticket issued 5/13/16.

•Klayton Paul Gray, Baker, driving without a valid drivers license, $535 with $250 suspended on conditions for six months (5/21/17), jail NA per defendant being under 18 yrs. of age, public defender costs of $125, no violations of any local, state, of federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay back all court costs/restitution, public defender $125, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension/deferral period, ticket issued 5/4/16.
