    June 6, 2016 – June 19, 2016 – 58 Calls for service: Several hours working the tornado June 11-14; 5 non-injury crashes; 6 public assists; 6 agency assists; 1 arrest for disorderly conduct; 1 arrest for simple assault; 10 law enforcement information contacts; 2 alarms (unfounded); 6 animal complaints; 17 traffic stops, 3 vehicle unlocks; 1 911 hangup (unfounded)

City Court

• Kaily A. Miller, Baker, issuing a bad check, $585 with $250 suspended on conditions for two years (6/14/18), deferred imposition of jail sentence for two years, up to six months possible (6/14/18), restitution to Reynolds in the amount of $100 with a restitution supervisory fee of $10, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay back all Court costs/restitution, $100 to Reynolds with a $10 supervisory fee, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension/deferral period, written and in person verbal apology to Reynolds Market management, written copy with signature of Reynolds management to be filed with the court by September 15, 2016, ticket issued 12/20/15.

   • Kaily A. Miller, Baker, issuing a bad check, $585 fine, $500 of the fine to be paid through 62 hours of community service with a Workman’s Compensation fee of $31, report by 7/1/16 and complete by 9/1/16, jail of 180 days with 180 days suspended on conditions for six months (12/14/16), restitution to Reynolds in the amount of $400 with a restitution supervisory fee of $40, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay back all Court costs/restitution, $400 to Reynolds with a $40 supervisory fee, complete community service as ordered to pay $500 fine, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension/deferral period, written and in person verbal apology to the manager at Reynolds, written copy to be filed with the Court by 9/15/16, ticket issued 12/23/15.

   • Jeffrey Ernest Greenlee, Baker, negligent endangerment (substantial risk, death/serious bodily injury), $1085, jail of 365 days with 365 days suspended on conditions for two years (6/14/18), to run consecutive with charges 2 and 3, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay back all restitution, Tammy Witcher $2820.12 for accident damages, attend, complete, comply and pay for Ignition Interlock device from 3/9/17-3/9/18, SCRAM compliance monitoring bracelet for 12 months with credit for three months given pretrial (removal of SCRAM on 3/9/17), shall not enter any establishment where alcohol is the chief item of sale, with the exception to pick up food to-go orders, shall not possess or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs and or drugs or medication without a prescription, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension period, ticket issued 2/29/16.

   • Bradley John Koffler, Glendive, operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, 3rd offense, $2585 with $1000 suspended on conditions for one year (6/6/17), jail of 180 days with 150 suspended on conditions for one year, 30 days jail to be completed by January 1, 2017, attend, complete, comply and follow all recommendations of the Licensed Addiction Counselor and pay for all associated costs, report by 5/15/16 complete by 12/15/16, loss of driver’s license by the State of Montana for one year, restricted probationary permit recommended only with the defendant’s participation in a Court approved Alcohol or Drug Testing Program and with proof of ACT compliance and after a 90 day MVD, enforced waiting period, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, complete jail as ordered, attend, complete, comply and pay for – chemical dependence assessment, education course and treatment and follow all recommendations of the Counselor, SCRAM compliance monitoring bracelet for 12 months with credit for six months given pretrial (removal of SCRAM on 1/13/17), WiseChoice LifeSkills Course – DUI, shall not enter any establishment where alcohol is the chief item of sale, shall not possess or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs and or drugs or medication without a prescription, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension period, ticket issued 12/27/15.
