May 23, the Fallon County 4-H Cloverbud group met for their final meeting of the year. It was a Fiesta themed party that included the following activities: personal pinatas, Mexican folk art, tie die t-shirts, several relay races, and concluded with root beer floats.

Cloverbuds is a special program for youth five to seven years old. The Cloverbud Program runs from January through May. The group meets twice a month for an hour after school. Guidelines for this project are different from those of the traditional 4-H Program. Cloverbuds is designed to be a fun, hands-on, and discovery oriented experience. Youth work with a leader to gain self-understanding, social interaction skills, achievement, and positive attitudes.
