  • February 15, 2016 – February 21, 2016 – 23 Calls for service: 5 traffic stops; 4 citizen assists; 1 hit and run crash (driver found and cited for DUI); 2 animal complaints; 1 careless driving citation; 4 agency assists; 1 privacy in communication complaint; 1 partner family member assault arrest; 1 report of ungovernable youth; 3 vehicle unlocks

City Court

   • Larry Benjamin Barnett, Baker, disorderly conduct, dismissed by Prosecution per Plea Bargain Agreement, ticket issued 9/14/16.

   • Larry Benjamin Barnett, Baker, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence, jail of 189 days with 156 days suspended on conditions for one year (2/16/17), credit given for 33 days served prior to sentencing, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, complete jail sentence as ordered, attend, complete, comply and be responsible for all associated costs of: WiseChoice LifeSkills Course(s) – Domestic Violence and Anger Management, 40 hour minimum Anger Management Counseling, shall not enter any establishment where alcohol is the chief item of sale with the exception to pick up food to go orders, shall not possess or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs and or drugs or medication without a prescription, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) or any change of address or telephone number during suspension/deferral period, ticket issued 9/6/15.

   • Larry Benjamin Barnett, Baker, assault, $585, jail of 180 days with 146 days suspended on conditions for six months (8/16/16), credit given for 34 days served prior to sentencing, Public Defender fees of $250, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay back all Court costs/restitution, Public Defender $250, attend, complete, comply and pay for WiseChoice LifeSkills Course – credit given for file #TK-2014-84, Anger Management Assessment and minimum 40 hours of counseling with credit given for file TK-2014-84, seek and maintain employment and provide the Court with an employment search log or proof of paystubs for verification by the 5th of each month, no contact with Kyle Goerndt upon release from incarceration, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension/deferral period, ticket issued 9/14/15.

   • Jacob John Murnion, Baker, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence, jail of 365 days with 365 days suspended on conditions for 14 months (4/16/17), no violations of any local, state or federal laws, attend, complete, comply and pay for Chemical Dependence Assessment, education course and treatment and follow all recommendations of the counselor and aftercare, evaluation to be completed and filed with the Court within 60 days, SCRAM compliance monitoring, PharmChem Drug patch for 14 months, WiseChoice LifeSkills Courses – Offender Corrections and Substance Abuse, seek and maintain employment and provide the Court with an employment search log or proof of paystubs for verification by the 5th of each month, shall not enter any establishment where alcohol is the chief item of sale with the exception of employment, shall not possess or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs and or drugs or medication without a prescription, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension period, curfew of 8 p.m. with an employment exclusion, substance abuse support group attendance with a supporting sponsor on a regular and consistent basis, ticket issued 11/4/15.

• Kyle Evan Goerndt, Baker, violation of a no contact order, $585 with $200 suspended on conditions for six months (8/4/16), Public Defender fees of $100, jail of 180 days with 150 days suspended on conditions for six months, jail to run consecutive with City Court file CR-2014-3, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay back Public Defender fees, complete jail sentence as ordered, attend, complete, comply and pay for the WiseChoice LifeSkills Course –  Contentious Relationships, seek and maintain employment and provide the Court with paystubs for verification of legitimate employment by the 5th of each month, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension/deferral period, ticket issued 9/23/15.
