Buffalo Chicken Dip

   Prep time: 15 minutes

   Total time: 30 minutes

   Serves: 24

1 Rotisserie chicken, shredded

8 oz. low fat cream cheese

1/3-2/3 C. hot sauce

1 packet dry Ranch Dressing


1 C. Greek yogurt

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix cream

cheese, Ranch packet, hot sauce and Greek yogurt until well mixed. (If cream cheese is difficult to mix, microwave it for a few seconds and try again.) Add in the shredded chicken and combine well. Pour mixture into an 8”x8” baking dish and bake 15-20 minutes or until dip is hot throughout. If desired, top with sliced green onions or crumbled blue cheese and serve hot.

   Tastes great served with veggies, crackers or chips.
