Rolling Rubber Tire and Truck Services reopened in a new location at 3655 Red River Lane, in the Hufford Construction building, off Highway 7 north of Baker, Jan. 4, 2016.

Owners J.R. and Carol Bean of Miles City are pleased with their new spacious location as it allows for expansion of the commercial, large passenger and light truck side of their services. They are offering full tire services for farm, commercial, tractors, trucks and passenger vehicles while continuing mechanical services: brakes, strutts, alignment and oil changes. They are also offering 24/7 mobile roadside assistance.
The Beans brought Rolling Tire Company to Baker in 2008. They had provided service from the same location, east of Baker, for the past seven and one-half years. They were closed these past six months while they restructured and expanded Rolling Rubber’s services.
The Beans are happy to welcome Kevin Egland, who is returning as manager. Kevin helped open Rolling Rubber back in 2008. He later left to pursue a business venture of his own.
Harley Dauterman is the service truck operator and tire tech. He and his wife Vicky moved to Baker in 2014. They relocated here from Phoenix, AZ, although Harley was born and raised in Forsyth. Vicky is employed as a service manager at Wells Fargo Bank in Baker.
Kyle Shear graduated from Baker High School in 2009. He joins the staff as the mechanic and tire tech.
General manager is Robert Boager who makes his home in Miles City. He states, “We are glad to be back in Baker to meet our customers’ needs.”
The Beans look forward to providing quality service to the Baker community. Coming in the near future is Rolling Rubber and Truck Services grand re-opening celebration. Everyone is invited to come in to have refreshments and meet the staff while exploring the company’s new services and quality products.
