   Did you know …

that your landlord must provide reasonable heat to your residence from October 1 to May 1? That means it’s not legal for a landlord to turn the heat off during that period. Or the tenant may agree to provide the heat, but that must be in writing. The tenant cannot agree to provide the heat if the residence houses more than three families.
