   • Tyler Michael Medearis, Plevna, driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, $535 with $250 suspended on conditions for six months (5/4/16), jail of 180 days with 178 days suspended on conditions for six months, ten days jail to be completed by December 5, 2015, loss of driver’s license to be determined by the State of Montana, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees and or surcharges as agreed/ordered, complete jail sentence as ordered, attend, complete, comply and pay for the WiseChoice LifeSkills Course Driver Responsibility, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during the suspension/deferral period, ticket issued 10/16/15.

   • Ernest Lee Lizer, Baker, fail to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, 1st offense, dismissed by Court per proof of insurance at date and time of citation, ticket issued 10/18/15.

   • Robert Eldon Bondell, Baker, fail to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, 1st offense, dismissed by Court per proof of insurance at date and time of citation, ticket issued 10/12/15.
