The laws provide that some employers must maintain insurance for employees in case they are injured. You may have rights to medical benefits, wage compensation, and rehabilitation. But you must notify the employer and file a claim for the injury within 30 days of being hurt. You cannot be fired for reporting an injury you got on the job.
