Next, the fifth and sixth grade band played “Tidal”. The sixth grade band rocked the room with “Power Rock”. Following this, the sixth grade girls instrumental ensemble, consisting of Sophia Dulin, Jenna Paul, Trinity Rieger, Ashley Sander, Dacy Buerkle and Mya Hadley, played “Glorious Things”. The sixth-eleventh grade band played some pep band music, “Come and Go With Me”. The seventh-eleventh grade band played their music festival piece, “The Gold Bug”. After that they enjoyed playing “Name That Tune” as the audience guessed which cartoon songs they were playing and received a cupcake for four correct answers.

Jessica Paul graced us with her superior plus bass clarinet solo, “Polka”, which won her a medal at the junior high music festival.

The eighth-ninth grade chorus sang “Go With A Song In Your Heart” and a Native American song, “Ribbons in the Sky”, which Cole Edgell played the rain stick and Courtney Tudor the recorder. The eighth grade trio (Courtney Tudor, Laylah Dulin and Jessica Paul) sang “Suncatcher”. The fifth-sixth grade band finished the concert with “This Land Is Your Land”.
