The Fallon County Veterans Memorial was established in 2012 as a dedication and show of respect for Fallon County men and women who have served as soldiers in the United States Armed Forces. The Memorial contains over 1660 names of those who made sacrifices for our freedom. The oldest soldier, George L. Corey, served in the Civil War.
Several additions have been made to the Memorial since 2012. The most important additions in the next year will be carving names of service men and women who were inadvertently omitted in 2012, and people who have recently joined the Armed Forces. If you know of a soldier to add to the Memorial, please call Mona, SMART director, at 406-778-2020.
