  • April 20, 2015 – April 26, 2015 – 33 Calls for service: 1 animal complaint; 5 citizen assists; 1 crash (hit and run); 1 criminal mischief; 1 criminal trespass; 2 disturbances; 1 extra patrol; 1 harassment; 7 informations; 1 lost or found property; 2 thefts; 8 traffic stops; 2 unlocks;

City Court

   • Tworn King Oldenburg, Baker, driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, $535, jail of 180 days with 178 suspended on conditions for six months (10/21/15), two days jail to be completed by April 30, 2015, loss of driver’s license to be determined by the State of Montana, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees and/or surcharges as agreed/ordered, complete jail sentence as ordered, attend, complete, comply and pay for the WiseChoice LifeSkills course – Driver Responsibility, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension/deferral period, ticket issued 2/8/15.

   • Luke W. Holstine, Baker, displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle, $535, ticket issued 1/9/15.

   • Luke W. Holstine, Baker, owner permitting operation of a vehicle without liability insurance, 1st offense, dismissed with prejudice by prosecutor, ticket issued 1/9/15.

   • Lori Marie Fradenburgh, Baker, operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, 1st offense, $685 with $300 suspended on conditions for six months (10/21/15), Public Defender fee of $250, jail of 180 days with 180 days suspended on conditions for six months, attend, complete, comply and follow all recommendations of the Licensed Addiction Counselor and pay for all associated costs, report by 5/10/15 complete by 10/1/15, loss of driver’s license by the State of Montana for six months, restricted probationary license recommended only with the installation of the ignition interlock device, defendant is restricted to driving only a motor vehicle equipped with a functioning ignition interlock device during the probationary period and shall pay the costs of leasing, installing and maintaining the device, no violations of any local, state or federal laws, pay fine, fees, and/or surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay Public Defender fees in the amount of $250, attend, complete, comply and pay for Chemical Dependence Assessment, education course and treatment and follow all recommendations of the counselor, ignition interlock device on any vehicle driven with the probationary license, SCRAM compliance monitoring bracelet for six months with credit for time worn pre-trial (removal of SCRAM on 6/11/15), WiseChoice LifeSkills Courses – DUI and Substance Abuse, shall not enter any establishment where alcohol is the chief item of sale with the exception of food to go orders, shall not possess or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs and or drugs or medications without a prescription, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during suspension period, ticket issued 11/1/14.
