The sixth meeting of the Red Butte Ramblers 4-H Club was called to order by president Nicole Allerdings at the Plevna Senior Center Mar. 22 at 3 p.m.

The American Pledge was led by Caleb Ploeger and the 4-H pledge was led by Haylee Barkley. Roll call was answered with your favorite part of spring. There were 17 members present. Secretary Emily Shumaker read the minutes of the last meeting and they were approved as read. Caleb Ploeger read the treasurer’s report.
For old business, members were reminded that the Foods Festival will follow the meeting. They were also reminded that those not in the Foods Festival may participate in working on the road signs. Fruit sale money was due to the Extension Office Mar. 30. It was discussed the Kids and Horses meeting would be Mar. 30. Sayge Barkley, Anika Ploeger and Emily Shumaker gave a report on the cooking workshop which was held Feb. 28. Those three also gave a report on the small projects judging which they attended Feb. 11.
For new business, Carol Sparks gave a report on the leadership conference she and Jolinda Allerdings attended in Baker Mar. 15. Molly Barkley gave a report on the e-session for leaders she and Jolinda Allerdings viewed Mar. 2. It was discussed there will be a knitting class for students and adults Mar. 25 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The OREO field trip will be June 16-18 for students in the seventh and eighth grades. Those attending will travel to Fort Peck. Members were reminded to be working on their demonstrations which need to be completed during the next two meetings. Haylee Barkley and Seth Barkley did presentations at the conclusions of the meeting.
