Baker Police Department

• March 23, 2015 – March 29, 2015 – 33 Calls for service: 3 animal complaints; 1 felony warrant served; 3 unlocks; 1 alarm call (unfounded); 8 informations; 8 traffic stops; 2 citations for driving while license suspended; 7 agency assists Anyone with any information on any area crime is encouraged to call Crimestoppers at 406-778-2222. Calls are never recorded and rewards are offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of responsible parties.

FROM THE BENCH

City Court

• Denise Gaye Stonebrink, Ekalaka, operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, 1st offense, $685 with $300 suspended on conditions for six months (9/24/15), Public Defender fee of $125, jail of 180 days with 180 days suspended on conditions for six months, loss of driver’s license by the State of Montana for six months, restricted probationary permit only with the installation of the ignition interlock device, attend, complete, comply and pay for the ACT-Prime for Life and all recommendations of the licensed addiction counselor, no violations of any local, state, or federal laws, pay fine, fees and surcharges as agreed/ordered, pay Public Defender fees of $125, attend, complete, and comply with ACT, ignition interlock device with restricted probationary permit, SCRAM compliance monitoring bracelet and all costs associated with that for a period of three months (May, June and July), WiseChoice LifeSkills Courses – Substance Abuse and DUI, shall not enter any establishment where alcohol is the chief item of sale with the exception to pick up food to-go orders, shall not possess or consume any alcohol or illegal drugs and/or drugs or medications without a prescription, notify the Court/Counsel immediately (within 48 hours) of any change of address or telephone number during the suspension period, 10 p.m. curfew with an employment exclusion, ticket issued 10/26/14.

• Denise Gaye Stonebrink, Ekalaka, fail to register O/S MV when used for hire or person gainfully employed in Montana, dismissed by Prosecutor per Plea Bargain Agreement, ticket issued 10/26/14.
