To round off the end of the 2013-2014 FFA year, the Plevna FFA Chapter held their annual banquet. They invited the Plevna community as well as other individuals from around the area. They served a delicious meal of pork loin, mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans prepared by Rita Nemitz. Guest speaker was Taylor Brown, the 2013-2014 State Parliamentarian. A power point was shown to give everyone a look at the FFA activities from the past year. There was also a silent auction of some projects the students had made in shop class, including a calf shelter, cattle panels, cutting boards, and horseshoe clocks. The FFA members were also auctioned off for eight hours of labor. This year, donations were made for the auction including Montana Silver jewelry, pies, and home decor.
