The Baker Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture is hosting a free training session provided by Montana Superhost, a statewide tourism and hospitality program. The Rockin’ to the Rhythm of Service interactive seminar will be Wednesday, May 21, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fallon County Library basement.

The program will give participants new perspectives, tools, and resources they can use to elevate customer service and interpersonal skills to create effective interaction with customers. Tourism-based videos and resources will focus on what businesses need to do to achieve rave reviews from customers and how to keep them returning. Participants are encouraged to bring brochures, flyers, or information to share about area businesses and attractions.

Each participant will receive a certificate of completion. Those planning to attend should RSVP Nicole Schuler at 406-778-2266 or bakerchamber@midrivers.com.
