Every year, the eighth grade FCS class creates a restaurant with a theme they choose. This year Mrs. Stickney’s FCS class, consisting of Kobee Hickey, Ryan Perfater, and Mariah Miller, held the KRM Cafe – a burger joint named after yours truly. This restaurant, like the ones before, taught the students how to set tables, wait on them, and cook meals. It also taught the guests the proper tip percentages, how to place their napkins, and where to place their silverware when they were finished eating so the waiter knew they were done.
These students served up not only great food, but a great time for their guests. Excellent job, KRM Cafe!
